FAQ

Why both “sessions” and “voice minutes”?: Live voice interviews use real-time voice infrastructure (similar to Vapi) plus speech-to-text (e.g. Deepgram) and model inference—all billed by usage. Session limits keep scoring fair; pooled minutes reflect the actual cost driver so we can stay sustainable at these prices.
What counts as one interview session?: One completed scored run—dataset mode or a live voice round—counts as a session when you receive a scorecard. Abandoned drafts typically do not count.
Are prices final?: Listed prices are in INR and exclude applicable taxes. We may adjust plans as provider rates change; existing subscribers get notice before renewal changes.
Do you offer annual billing?: Not yet in the product UI—contact us if you want annual prep for a cohort or bootcamp.
